Avocado chicken salad

Up your chicken salad game with this yummy superfood.

1 avocado

2 cups chicken, shredded
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. lime juice
1 tsp. cilantro
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup Greek Yogurt, plain
Salt and pepper to taste

Remove the avocado pit and dice your avocado. You can do this really easily while it is still in the peel, then scoop the chunks out of the skin. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another, leaving out the chicken and avocado. Make sure the two mixtures are well combined. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, again mixing well. Toss in the chicken and avocado. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. Serve as a sandwich, a cracker dip, or over lettuce.
