The latest rumors indicate that Aviva Drescher may be getting her own spin-off, but Bravo has not confirmed it. Radar Online reports on Tuesday that the “Real Housewives of New York” star could get her own show with her father. Bravo is allegedly interested in developing the George Teichner storyline because it attracts viewers.

Teichner is Drescher’s father, and he is currently engaged to Dana Lavette Cody despite a large age difference. He is 76 while she is 25, and this has led to ongoing rumors about Cody being a gold digger who is after Teichner’s money. However, Drescher shares that she supports her father and approves of the engagement.

Drescher allegedly wanted Cody to join the cast of the “Real Housewives of New York,” so she may be pleased with the idea of a separate spin-off for the couple. Cody has denied the gold digger rumors by pointing out she has her own business and does not need to rely on Teichner for money. She is the owner of the nail salons called Tippie Toes with several locations in the United States.

Bravo may be hoping to use Teichner and Cody in a new spin-off because the “Real Housewives of New York” has struggled in the ratings. Drescher, along with the rest of the current cast, is rumored to be in danger of being fired. She is allegedly happy with the possibility of joining another show, but she will not be the main focus. Teichner and Cody, who are still planning their wedding, will be the real stars of a new program.

It appears that Drescher is still maintaining a positive relationship with Cody based on her recent Twitter posts. She wished her a happy birthday in a tweet and mentioned that she wanted to visit her nail salon in Los Angeles. She has not publicly discussed the possibility of a spin-off, but this has not stopped the rumors.
