Avenue Restaurant’s mixologists have pumped up the typical pumpkin martini with a unique blend of liquors and ingredients. They have created the perfect way to indulge in this festive fall flavor with their delicious, flavorful Pumpkin Martini. Ideal for chilly fall days, this cocktail combines classic liquors with nutmeg, pumpkin spice and pumpkin puree. The best part of this fall favorite – it can double as dessert!
- 1 oz. Rittenhouse Rye
- ½ oz. Sailor Jerry Rum
- 2 oz. Pumpkin Puree Mix (recipe below)
- 1 oz. Vanilla Syrup
- Garnish: Dash of Nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in an ice filled cocktail shaker; shake well. Strain into chilled martini glass and garnish.
Pumpkin Puree Mix
- 4 ½ oz. Pureed Pumpkin
- 8 oz. Milk
- 2 oz. Cream
- ½ tsp. Nutmeg & Cinnamon
- (makes enough for approximately seven cocktails)
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
