Avengers: Age of Ultron casts a second villain

According to Variety, the sequel to Joss (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Agents of S. H. I. E. L. D.) Whedon's 2012 blockbuster Marvel Comics hit, The Avengers, will not only feature returning heroes Robert (Iron Man) Downey Jr., Chris (Captain America) Evans, Chris (Thor) Hemsworth, Mark (Hulk) Ruffalo, Scarlett (Black Widow) Johansson, Jeremy (Hawkeye) Renner, Cobie (Maria Hill) Smulders, and Samuel L. (Nick Fury) Jackson, additional teammates Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch, played by Aaron (Kick-Ass, Anna Karenina) Taylor-Johnson and Elizabeth (Liberal Arts, Red Lights) Olsen respectively, and the title villain played by James (The Black List, Wolf) Spader, but also a second villain. Baron Wolfgang von Strucker will be played by actor Thomas (Dracula, Wanted) Kretschmann.

Avengers: Age of Ultron is slated for a May 1, 2015 release.
