The reason behind the car crashing with Paul Walker and Roger Rodas in it is not yet understood but police believe the two men may have been speeding.

As ABC 7 News in San Francisco reports: "The cause of the crash remains under investigation, but officials said the vehicle was likely speeding."

Both Walker and Rodas had been taking the Porsche to a charity event from an auto show when the crash took place.

It's now known that Roger Rodas was at the wheel, when he lost control and the car skidded into a tree then burst into flames.

"This is incredibly tragic. It should never have happened. Both men will be sorely missed,"says San Francisco resident and Paul Walker fan, Katie Adler. Walker was best known for his role in "The Fast and the Furious."
