About Hugo Prado

The son of a race car driver and vehicle importer, Mr. Hugo Prado is a very talented automotive artist that is from a small surf community named Miraflores, a suburb of Lima-Peru, South America. His passion for automobiles is only surpassed by the love of drawing. Starting out as a commercial automotive illustrator led Hugo to his dream in 1989 when he realized his passion for the automotive art could be turned into something more. By use of water colors and acrylic sprayed through an airbrush and finalized with detail pens, Hugo captivates the essence of each vehicle with his paintings.
