Autism and Sensory Integration workshop

Confused about the differences between Sensory Processing Dysfunction and Asperger Syndrome or are you looking for more information on children with Autism? The Dallas Association for Parent Education’s workshop on Autism Spectrum disorders including Sensory Integration disorder may have your answers. The workshop is open to parents, caregivers and anyone who wants information about the Autism Spectrum in children. Associated behaviors will also be addressed.

Teachers, therapists and parents will share general information, resources and support group information. Pre-registration forms are available to print from the DAPE website or registration can be completed online through the Association’s Paypal account. Child care professionals will receive four clock hours for this workshop which meets Texas state training standards. Please arrive early as check in begins at 8:30.

The Dallas Association for Parent Education is a non-profit organization started in 1959 to provide parents with advice and resources for some of the toughest parenting questions.
