A pit bull puppy suffered unimaginable pain at the hands of a man in Phoenix, Ariz., reported Tuesday's My Fox Phoenix News.
The two to four-month-old puppy's ears were hacked off by a man who utilized a box cutter and scissors to perform the crude surgery; the man allegedly advised the pup's owner that he would "crop" the puppy's ears.
According to The Silent Witness, the individual who mutilated the puppy is a 30-35 year old Hispanic male who is bald and has a goatee. The suspect has skull tattoos on both sides of his head and three dots near his left eye.
The suspect is known to frequent the area of 26th Street and McDowell Road, and he is often seen with his own pit bull, who also has disfigured ears.
A reward, up to $1,000, is offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of this cruel crime.
