The author of ‘The Roots of the Olive Tree’ is scheduled for an appearance in Huntsville, Ala., on Sunday, Sept. 7.

Huntsville-Madison County Public Library is hosting a Meet the Author event featuring Courtney Miller Santo, who plans to discuss her new novel, 'Three Story House.’

The event is Sunday, Sept. 7, from 2-4 p.m. in the Main Branch Auditorium at 915 Monroe St. For more information, call 256-532-2362 or visit hmcpl.org.

Published by William Morrow Paperbacks and released on Aug. 19, 'Three Story House’ is a novel about three women named Lizzie, Elyse and Isobel whose failures in love, family and career set the foundation for their future happiness as they work together to restore an almost condemned historic Memphis house.
