Austin Roller Disco with Dimitri's Ascent this Valentine's Day

Forget having a sappy fine-dining date or a movie night alone on the couch with some bonbons.

Do something different this Valentine’s day- all you need is a pair of skates and a 70s outfit. Pull out your favorite hot pants, bell-bottoms, psychedelic prints and that giant afro wig this Friday, February 14, and come out to the Austin Roller Rink for the Fourth Annual Austin Roller Disco presented by Dimitri’s Ascent.

Skate the night away while listening to Austin’s own Dimitri’s Ascent. Along with a horn section and some guest vocalists playing all Disco hits and classics in the rink, multiple rooms are filled with different music courtesy of local DJs Metranohm, Bonus Junk, Omar Chow, Spud Crowley, JAmon JAleki, and Marcus Lefty Shaw.

For those who aren’t familiar, Dimitri’s Ascent is one of the best local bands out right now, and their style spans every genre of music- jazz, bluegrass, funk, rock, electronic, disco, dubstep, and everything in between. It’s something you have to experience in person.

Get ready to boogie, Austin. Word on the street is this is an outrageous party not be missed!

Tickets are currently for sale online for $20 or $25 at the door. Price includes free skate rental. This event is BYOB and rolls late from 11pm till 4am. This is a 21+ event.
