According to the Auromere website, "Ayurveda, literally, 'the science of life,' is the ancient system of promoting health and rejuvenation with natural herbs and minerals that began over 3000 years ago, with the legend of the great sage, Dhanwantari. As he sat in meditation in the midst of a forest, Nature revealed the curative and therapeutic properties of each tree, plant, herb, root, mineral and flower to him. These beneficial links between the vegetable, mineral and human worlds were documented and passed down through the centuries in a science that promotes bodily, psychological and spiritual health through the cultivation of a conscious, healthy diet and lifestyle. The practice of Ayurveda aims at a harmonious balance of Nature’s three subtle energies, the doshas: vata, pitta and kapha, which are present in all life and matter and represent the key to maintaining and recovering a total well-being."
But what does that really mean?
I am very excited to write about some of the products of Auromere. I love a company that believes in the ayurvedic philosophy of wellness, utilizing medicinal oils and abstracts from herbs and plants to help heal the body.
I would like to start with their hair conditioning oil. As we age our skin, hair and scalp become dry. In addition, the dryness is compounded by the use of hair dyes and toxic hair products. Recently I dyed my hair, using the hair conditioning oil at the same time. I can't remember when my hair and scalp felt so good. I use a very good, organic hair dye and have been disappointed with how itchy and dry my scalp has been. Well now that I use the Hair Conditioning Oil, my hair looks great and my scalp feels great. Would highly recommend this product, I think every hair salon should have this on their shelf.
I feel the same about Auromere's Massage Oil. I am a licensed Massage Therapist and this is a fabulous product. This has a nice light scent and goes on easily and smoothly. I like how it is absorbed quickly in to the skin, making it easy to manipulate the muscles. I will recommend this to my colleagues. We are always looking for great products to share with our clients. Again it is great to use a product that you know is good for the body, extracts that you want entering your skin.
The Ayurvedic Vanilla Neem soap is light on the skin, yet feels like it is moisturizing the skin. So many soaps I find are very drying, this leaves your skin feeling soft and supple. Unlike most soaps today, this does not leave a film on your body.
Auromere's Ayurvedic Mouthwash was also terrific. I have used almost every mouthwash on the market. This product made my mouth feel so clean and I loved the licorice taste it left in my mouth. Its a clean that lasts and a taste in your mouth that tastes good. If you look at the list of holistic ingredients they have on the bottle, you feel good using these products.
I also enjoyed using the Rejuvenating Mud Bath and Mask. This product is a natural body scrub and exfoliant. A body scrub is a product that I use once or twice a week. It helps to get rid of the dead cells on the surface of the skin. After using the Rejuvenating Mud Bath & Mask, my skin looks and feels great.
I will continue to use Auromere's products. I love that this company realizes how important it is to make products using all natural ingredients. Our bodies are bombarded by toxins every day and anything we can do to assist our body will create continued wellness and longevity. Keep up the good work Auromere, we need more companies out there like you!
