On August 22, Albuquerque’s The Gasworks, in conjunction with Joe Angel Productions, presents King Conquer, Betrayal, Aegaenon, Seeker, To Each His Own, Eat a Helicopter, and Vale of Miscreation. Doors for this all-ages event open at 6 p.m., with the first band taking the stage at 6:30 p.m. Presales are only $12.

Formed in 2006, Albuquerque’s Eat a Helicopter play experimental death metal and hardcore. The band’s debut EP is titled The Pessimist. Eat a Helicopter’s new full-length studio CD is titled Evolution of Violence.
Established in 2006, Albuquerque’s Vale of Miscreation play a combination of death metal and grindcore. Their goal is to “bring technicality, catchiness, and heaviness to our city.”
