During the summer of 2013, LA TV Insider Examiner will be looking at the week ahead for our primetime programming recommendations, rather than day-by-day. The summer season is notoriously lighter with originals, especially scripted originals. But we will work tirelessly to find worthy options!

- Sunday, August 18:
Whodunnit? (ABC, 9 p.m.) - "Golden Cuffs" - On the season finale, with only four guests remaining, a final game of speed and memory will determine the winner– as well as The Killer– at Rue Manor. Who takes home a quarter of a million dollars? And who goes home in handcuffs? All is revealed, along with a few surprise guest appearances.
Breaking Bad (AMC, 9 p.m.) - "Buried" - Walt (Bryan Cranston) covers his tracks, while Jesse (Aaron Paul) continues to struggle with guilt, and Skyler's (Anna Gunn) past catches up to her.
Dexter (SHO, 9 p.m.) - "Are We There Yet?" - Dexter (Michael C. Hall) tracks down his protégé (Sam Underwood) in the belief that he murdered his neighbor (Bethany Joy Lenz). Meanwhile, Dexter also tries to help Hannah (Yvonne Strahovski) escape the country.
Ray Donovan (SHO, 10 p.m.) - "Bridget" - Ray (Liev Schreiber), Terry (Eddie Marsan), and Bunchy (Dash Mihok) toast the anniversary of their sister Bridget’s death. Frances (Brooke Smith) shows up with a black eye, and Terry goes after her husband. Ray and Avi (Steven Bauer) use a taser to get Bunchy’s house money back. Mickey (Jon Voight) meets a former starlet (Rosanna Arquette) at a spa. Meanwhile, Lena (Katherine Moenning) and Avi go after Van’s investigations, and Lena has an altercation with her girlfriend.
- Monday, August 19:
Switched at Birth (ABC Family, 8 p.m.) - "Departure of Summer" - On the summer finale, John (D.W. Moffett) and Kathryn (Lea Thompson) contemplate telling Toby (Lucas Grabeel) their true feelings about his decision to marry. Daphne (Katie Leclerc) must own up to her mistakes while Bay (Vanessa Marano) works on a plan to continue her relationship with Ty (Blair Redford) while he is overseas. Meanwhile, Angelo (Gilles Marini) finds himself in over his head.
Under The Dome (CBS, 10 p.m.) - "The Fourth Hand" - Big Jim (Dean Norris) and Barbie (Mike Vogel) discover their lives are more intertwined than they knew when a mysterious woman, Maxine (Natalie Zea), shows up unexpectedly in Chester’s Mill.
Teen Wolf (MTV, 10 p.m.) - "Lunar Ellipse" - On the summer finale, Scott (Tyler Posey), Stiles (Dylan O'Brien), and Allison (Crystal M. Reed) try an ancient ritual to save the lives of their loved ones and stop Deucalion (Gideon Emery). Who will make it out alive!?
- Tuesday, August 20:
Web Therapy (SHO, 10 p.m.) - "Stage Struck" - In pursuit of the evidence that might clear her, Fiona (Lisa Kudrow) travels to Karen’s (Meg Ryan) hoarding den and performs therapy directly. Robin (Julie Claire) reveals she’s recorded incriminating video of media-mogul Austen Clarke (Alan Cumming) at the Met Gala she attended. So Fiona, suspicious that Robin’s husband, Richard (Tim Bagley), may be working for the Russian Mafia, hatches a plan to silence Robin for good.
- Wednesday, August 21:
Masterchef (FOX, 9 p.m.) - "Top 6 Compete" - The final six home chefs visit a fine dining restaurant in downtown Los Angeles to recreate popular dishes in teams, with the losing team facing a calamari-based pressure test.
Camp (NBC, 10 p.m.) - "The Wedding" - Mack (Rachel Griffiths) announces that the new mayor is performing same-sex marriages and is encouraging everyone to marry before the State repeals. Mack volunteers to host the wedding at Little Otter for Raffi (Chris Kirby) and Todd (Adam Garcia), who hesitantly agrees after Grace’s (Charlotte Nicdao) heartfelt plea. The camp staff springs into action to prepare the camp for the best wedding ever. Roger (Rodger Corser) insists he throw the bachelor party in an effort to attract more gay people to Ridgefield. In the wake of her cheating scandal, Sarah (Dena Kaplan) finds herself being ostracized by Robbie’s (Tim Pocock) supporters. After his health scare, Kip (Thom Green) feels like he has a new lease on life and decides to break free from Chloe (Natasha Bassett) and pursue Marina (Lily Sullivan)-- the girl he really wants to be with. At the wedding party– with love in the air-- Cole (Nikolai Nikolaeff) decides to finally make a move with Mack.
Necessary Roughness (USA, 10 p.m.) - "Sympathy for the Devil" - On the season finale, Dani (Callie Thorne) continues to look for her missing client, as an injured T.K. (Mehcad Brooks) has to sit out of a very important game, and Nico (Scott Cohen) receives a surprise visitor.
- Thursday, August 22:
Wilfred (FX, 10 p.m.) - "Stagnation" - Wilfred’s (Jason Gann) obsession with a forbidden love jeopardizes Ryan’s (Elijah Wood) living situation.
Graceland (USA, 10 p.m.) - "King's Castle" - Tempers flare and relationships are pushed to the brink when Charlie (Vanessa Ferlito) discovers a secret about Briggs (Daniel Sunjata) and begins working with a Federale to find the truth. Mike (Aaron Tveit) discovers that Juan (Pedro Pascal) is missing and that the FBI has a suspect: Paul Briggs.
