The Hills alum Audrina Patridge has already started rehearsals for Dancing With the Stars, and is shocked how grueling the training is!
"I've discovered muscles I never knew existed on my body," Patridge, 25, told MTV. "The muscles right behind my knees are killing me, my calves, my arms, my thighs, everything."
But, she tweeted Sept. 1: "Dancing is probably the BEST workout ever!! And you're having fun at the same time."
Audrina, who already works out regularly to maintain her enviable bikini body, has no experience dancing other than childhood ballet classes, so she's a little anxious about how she'll fare.
'EVERYONE ABUZZ ABOUT THE SITUATION'S ABS'
"It's a little scary," says Patridge, who praises her DWTS partner Tony Dovolani for his "amazing" coaching. "But we're all pumping each other up and giving each other advice, so it's really good."
What are her thoughts on fellow MTV reality star Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino? "I haven't met him yet, but the talk on set is all about his abs," jokes Audrina. "So everyone is really looking forward to meeting him."
Meanwhile, Patridge has nothing but praise for the celebs she has met. "I loved meeting Jennifer Grey," says Audrina. "Dirty Dancing is one of my favorite movies, and she is such a nice person and she's beautiful.
"Florence [Henderson], from The Brady Bunch is awesome. I love her. She has the best energy. Everyone in the cast is really cool. They all have great personalities. Everyone is really supportive, and we're all in this together."

"I met everybody for the first time, and ["Brady Bunch" star] Florence [Henderson] is so funny," she added. Partridge has already started rehearsing. But she noted that she doesn't have a lot of dancing experience. When I was a little girl, my mom put me and my sister in ballet, jazz and tap, says Audrina.
