Unfortunately, at times, that can mean being caught in some embarrassing situations.

On March 3, TMZ published video footage of Patridge performing on stage in Las Vegas during a Lita Ford concert -- and she didn't do all that well. Although Patridge appeared to be very comfortable on stage, her skills were far from impressive.

"One thing is undeniable ... Audrina Patridge is pretty ... out of tune when it comes to singing -- but that didn't stop her from rocking a legendary stage in Las Vegas this weekend," TMZ reported. "The former 'Hills' star went to Rock n' Roll Fantasy Camp at the House of Blues in Vegas and got to perform an original song with actual rockstar, Lita Ford."

While some may have seen the video and assumed that the performance was some sort of impromptu event, or possibly a karaoke episode, it was far from it. In fact, Patridge and Ford planned on the duet.

"I'll be singing with @litaford tomorrow night at the @HOBVegas!!!!!" Patridge tweeted on March 1.

In addition to her singing aspirations, Patridge has also been pursing a career in showbiz, and recently was named as the new host of NBC's 1st Look, a travel series.
