Playhouse 22 will be having open auditions for Twist of Faith, an original comedy by Richard Fink and directed by Gerry Appel on Tuesday, January 15 and Thursday, January 17, 2013, both at 7 p.m. Callbacks (by invitation only) to be held on Sunday, January 20, 2013.
The show dates are March 15 - 24, 2013. All shows are Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 3 p.m.
Auditions will be held at the East Brunswick Community Arts Center, 721 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick, NJ 08816.
Twist of Faith is part of Playhouse 22’s critically acclaimed “On the Edge” series where little known or original works are presented. Twist of Faith is a comedy about The Creator of the Universe, The Prince of Darkness and a church going accountant with a perfect life…but not for long. It’s going to be a bad week at the Hendricks’ house. Toss in a thirsty Catholic priest and a happy-go-lucky brother in law. It all adds up to a zany comedy about the nature of faith and religion.
