Taylor Swift might have some unexpected competition with her single We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together thanks to Samuel L. Jackson. The legendary entertainer put a new spin on Taylor Swift’s single and had fans appreciating what a little style could do for the single that has been playing repeatedly on the radio. Sharing the moment on Wednesday, the remix was first heard in London while fans listened on Capital Radio.
The star definitely sounded convincing as he shared the lyrics over the recorded track. Giving everyone a very strong vocal performance it was obvious his inflections gave people a sense of intensity perhaps lacking in the other version, but it was entertaining as well. The final verse actually gave the fans a good laugh as Jackson deviated from the script a bit to show a bit more emphasis.
“You lying, cheating, piece of ---,” said Samuel L. Jackson before he was bleeped out. The entertainer definitely had a way with his words to cut out all the crap.
