Tonight is the 2014 BCS National Championship football game feature Auburn vs. Florida State. This game will kickoff live on TV and via live stream video in Pasadena, CA, according to a Jan. 6 SB Nation report. The Florida State Seminoles and the Auburn Tigers will play to see which is the best team in NCAA football.
Quarterback and Heisman Trophy winner Jameis Winston, a redshirt freshman, will attempt to lead his team, which started the season ranked number 11, to a victory over Auburn, which is a team that was not even ranked at the beginning of a season. This matchup for the BCS National Championship 2014 was certainly not one that was highly predicted as the NCAA football season began. However, the Auburn Tigers completed the season taking the SEC title, and will now match up against the Florida State Seminoles tonight for the national title. Should the Tigers win tonight, it will be the team's second NCAA National Championship in the past four years. If Auburn loses, the SEC National Championship domination will end.
Interestingly, tonight's BCS National Championship game will be "megacast" across all ESPN channels, and the Auburn vs. Florida State live stream video is available at WatchESPN starting at 8:30 p.m. EST. Tonight's game features number one Florida State and number two Auburn in what will be the last BCS National Championship of its kind. Starting next year, the NCAA will have a post-season playoff for the National Championship game.
This game is a must watch for college football fans, and if you are unable to catch it live on TV on any ESPN station, then you can catch it via live stream video on your computer, smart phone, or tablet.
