Hot cross buns are one thing but have you ever had a CroisBun?
Neither had we, until we visited Au Bon Pain.
We recently stopped into the café to try the now famous CroisBun, their latest invention – part flaky croissant, part buttery bun. Each delicious treat is filled with either sweet cheese or strawberry and sweet cheese, which can be broken into three pieces. (Forget about sharing; these are too good to part with).
Headquartered in Boston, the cafe (which translated means the place of good bread) has also introduced their spring menu, which features seasonal specialties from a Sesame Ginger Chicken Salad, and Chicken Wasabi Wrap to Carrot Ginger Soup and Mini Cranberry Almond Macaroons.
