A typical night in the life of a chocolaholic: you're watching the Biggest Loser on TV. 
Inspired, you swear off chocolate -- and then a food commercial comes on.  You sneak "just one" chocolate-covered candy...and before you know it, the bag is gone! So much for your weight loss resolutions, you decide.  If only you were a celebrity able to afford a personal trainer like Jillian Michaels and a celebrity chef like Oprah Winfrey's vegan chef Tal!

Lose the chocolate despair and those love handles with these fat-free tips:

  • You don't have to be a celebrity to afford the RIGHT kind of chocolate for dieters!  Recent research studies show that chocolate is beneficial for your heart. The magic ingredient: cocoa, which contains antioxidant compounds.  To benefit, select the darkest chocolate bars available, with the highest percentage of cocoa, such as 70 percent cocoa content or more.  Savor a small square of this designer treat, just like Jennifer Garner does on HER healthy diet!
