The Atomic Holiday Bazaar, Sarasota, Florida's original indie arts and craft show now in its eighth year, features the coolest handmade Etsy-style items you won't find anywhere else. This two-day event showcases more than 165 mostly Florida-based independent artists, crafters, and vintage, repurposed and upcycled goods vendors, selling their one-of-a-kind handmade wares from Sarasota's historic 1938 SRQ Municipal Auditorium. This year's goods for sale include clothing, jewelry, accessories, art, furniture, and even plants.
Doors open at noon both days, when the first 100 adults in line will be greeted by the North River Rolling Renegades roller derby league skaters and gifted with this year's Atomic tote bag, screened by by ongoing sponsor Clothesline, filled with indie swag, show coupons and more.
A raffle to benefit local Sarasota non-kill/non-profit cat shelter The Cat Depot will be held during the event, and one lucky winner will receive a collection of handmade goods donated by Atomic vendors.
