If spring seems too far away, jump in the car (less than eight hours’ drive) or hop a flight (just over $300 round trip from Buffalo to Philadelphia, plus rental car, through Kayak.com) from Buffalo to Atlantic City, New Jersey for the New Jersey Home and Garden Show, taking place Friday through Sunday, March 2nd through 4th at the Atlantic City Convention Center.
Celebrity guests at the show include Anthony Carrino and John Colaneri of HGTV’s “Kitchen Cousins,” appearing Saturday and Sunday at the show. There will also be an interactive kid’s area, free seminars, wine tastings, food samples, and a vendors’ area with art, gifts and gourmet food.
Hours for the show are Friday 2 to 7 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets are $6.50 for adults (17 to 64), $5 for seniors (65+) and free for kids 16 and under – buy your ticket once and it’s good all weekend.
