Atlanta’s Bloodplums break in the New Year at Smith’s Olde Bar

This Thursday night it is time to venture out of the comforts of your own home find your way to Smith’s Olde Bar and then be willingly smacked in the face with some of the most bad ass music this town has to offer.

The Bloodplums will once again be peeling the paint of the walls in the Atlanta Room as they dish out a wealth of ear blistering punk rock tunes. The Atlanta band is known for their loud high-energy performances of original material and sometimes a cover or two. While no two shows are the same you can count on one thing that they will always be damn good.

Joining the night of music is Detroit Mutant Radio, a transplanted Atlanta band that knows how to tear it up. Vicious guitar hooks and thunderous rhythms dominate their unholy mix of metal, punk and hip-hop. Be sure to get there early so you don’t miss their set as well as The Panells.

So start your weekend off early with a blistering night of rock tunes at Smith’s Olde Bar. Come out, grab a cold beverage and get ready to experience some of the best rock music Atlanta has to offer. Oh yeah, bring your earplugs you are going to need them.
