Atlanta's Baby Baby release "Big Boy Baller Club" and begin tour

In the summer of 2009, drummer Grant Wallace and singer/guitarist Fontez Brooks set out to bring a new element to the Atlanta scene, a feat they accomplished with the creation of Baby Baby. With the addition of percussionist Colin Boddy, bassist Kyle Dobbs and keyboard player Ryan Burruss, these sons of the south made it clear from the beginning - this band was about fun.

Fun is exactly what you get with Baby Baby's second release Big Boy Baller Club, the follow-up to 2011ʼs Money. Baby Baby carve out their own templates, have little to no use for tags, labels, genres, and run through the songbooks and workbooks of structures that they enjoy as quick as they discard them to kick out some real infectious noise.

“...Bad Brains and Kings Of Leon had a baby that was styled by In Living Colour and was raised by Lamar of Revenge Of The Nerds...” – Clark Westfield of The Gay Blade

“...vocals like an inebriated Louis Armstrong then switching gears, and delving into a soulful, yet eccentric, singing style that brings to mind fellow Georgian Andre 3000..." – Performer
