According to Celebritytaxlore.com, Socialite, Fashion Designer and Actress Sheree Whitfield recently received a tax lien from the IRS. According to docs, the Feds filed a tax lien against Sheree in Georgia for unpaid taxes in the years 2009 and 2010 totaling $41,752.83.
Ms. Whitfield's net worth is reported to be $250,000 - which apparently does not include real estate as she had to give up her house in a recent divorce. A tax bill of 16% of the net worth can be substantial. If the reported net worth comes from working on the Real Housewives of Atlanta, Ms. Whitfield has more problems. She is not working on the current season of the show. In her recent divorce from NFL Atlanta Falcon's Bob Whitfield, she was denied alimony.
With no current income and seemingly building her Chateau Sheree mansion with her bare hands - a girl's gotta do what she must to keep up the lifestyle...
Sounds like Ms. Whitfield has a lot to work out. The IRS lien could be a match strike in a room full of straw - but my bet is on Sheree! Gurrl -you can do it. Just stay focused. Dig deep. And um - I'll order one of those pink athletic tops.
