At a time when individuals around the world are looking for answers and their spiritual needs met, a new week talk starting in Atlanta, GA is hoping to help fill that gap. Introducing "The Christian View", a weekly 1/2 hour program debuting in September on WATC TV 57 ATLANTA - Executive-produced by Jackie Carpenter and Stacy Robinson, the show will tackle relevant topics of the day from a scriptural perspective.

Carpenter, who made national news earlier this year with the movie STAND YOUR GROUND (based on her books Psalm 91 & GEORGIA JUSTICE) will moderate the show along with her co-hosts Alisa Boykin, Rebecca Keener, Dawn Mooring and Ann White.

"'The Christian View' is hosted by a group of women who do not shy away from controversial issues and who embrace a lively debate," says Carpenter. "They are ready to back up their individual points of view with Scripture and they do not expect to agree on every topic simply because they are all Christians. Sharing the same faith in Jesus Christ does not mean that we will agree on everything. That's real life!"

Jackie, Alisa, Rebecca, Dawn, and Ann all have strong personalities, take their faith seriously but also love to laugh. Joining the ladies will be Pastor Lee Adams who will serve as a permanent stand-in for the show.

The support that Jackie is getting for this vision has been seen as one big blessing. "I had to fall on my knees and ask God what did I ever do to deserve being in their presence, let alone having the blessing of working with them? And again He said 'You didn't jump ship. You stuck with Me. CI found you faithful over small things, so now I can trust you with these BIG CO-HOSTS!'"

It is her hope that "The Christian View" gives others a window into how with no matter what we are faced with God has provided what we need to get through it.
