In-Store Events are always a blast- plucked from TheList this is the perfect event for those InTheKnow. So if you live down south or will be traveling there next week this is a meet & greet that you shouldn’t miss & these are two names that you need to know!

Megan Huntz Dresses:
Since 2008, Megan Huntz’s collection came with the tagline: Made in Italy by an American girl. While the garments are still sourced & manufactured in Italy, Megan has returned stateside and to her native home of Atlanta to relaunch a limited edition dress line of hand-washed and color-treated silks.

Since the brand’s launch, Megan has been invited to participate in several prestigious events. In 2008, MHD was one of 6 young designers selected for Gen Art’s Fresh Faces in Fashion annual fashion show and this past June participated in an exclusive designer showcase at Modern Atlanta “Paris”, the annual Fashion Cares event in association with Jeffrey.

The take: Snatch these one of-a-kind pieces up quick- they are bellissimo!

Vetted | Atlanta:
This luxury women’s boutique was launched to offer discerning Atlantans a high-end, personalized shopping experience, while avoiding the masses (and the mass-produced) options of Lenox and beyond.

The boutique is headed up by Atlanta fashion veteran April Wilkins, a marketing and public relations executive with over 15 years experience in luxury retail and lifestyle markets. Prior to coming on board at Vetted | Atlanta, Wilkins held the position of Director of Marketing and Public Relations for Saks Fifth Avenue in the Atlanta, Palm Beach and Miami markets. Her client experience includes notable names like Oscar de la Renta, Michael Kors, Yves St. Laurent and Yigal Azrouel to name a few.

The take: This Buckhead boutique is minimalism at its best & perfectly merchandised for those who are tired of rummaging through racks.
