The Atlanta Camping and RV Show in Atlanta, GA
Are you in the market for an RV or just want to see them up close and personal? Come check out the Atlanta Camping and RV Show. They have new 2012 models ranging from Class A’s to 5th Wheels and Toy Haulers. There are free 15 minute seminars scheduled throughout the day covering topics like Boondocking (Dry Camping), Fulltime RVing and Safety, Security and Weapons. The show begins Friday Jan. 27th at 11:00am to 7:00pm, Saturday Jan. 28th from 10:00am to 7:00pm and Sunday Jan. 29th from 11:00am to 5:00pm. Admission is $10 for adults, $9 for ages 55+, $5 for ages 6-16 and children under 6 are free. Be sure to bring cash for admission, but there is an ATM on site. The event is being held at the Atlanta Exposition Center South located at 3850 Jonesboro Rd. Atlanta, GA 30354 (I-285 Exit 55). Parking is free and coupons are available.
Author Alex Beard at FoxTale Book Shoppe in Woodstock, GA

Cavalia Odysseo in Atlanta, GA
This is the last weekend to see the held over show Odysseo, an equestrian ballet performed under the big top right in Atlantic Station. Show times are Friday Jan. 27th at 8:00pm, Saturday Jan. 28th at 3:00pm and 8:00pm and Sunday Jan. 29th at 2:00pm. Starting Friday, Cavalia will be offering discounts from 15-25% off ticket prices if purchased through Travelzoo. You can’t miss the big top located at 864 Spring Street NW Atlanta, GA. Free Show at The Highlander in Atlanta, GA
On Friday Jan. 27th, Tapestry hits the stage at 10:30pm, followed by Jackhammer at 11:30pm and The Issues will perform at 12:30am. The show is free and there’s no cover charge at The Highlander, but you do have to be at least 21 to enter. Be sure to stop by Friday night if you’re in Midtown at 931 Monroe Drive Atlanta, GA.
