This happens when the Moon is at it's darkest, on its way the seeding new beginnings and as it hooks up with Neptune, then Chiron and then Mercury (And finally, early tomorrow, Venus). It seems the Universe is giving humanity a chance to sort out and talk about our feeling by awakening memories, both good and bad that must be dealt with as we prepare to unlock our future.
