Chaos seems to have reigned in 2011...but then the birth of something new is always messy.

On a Personal level, the 'revolution' each of us may be experiencing is, at its heart, about freedom. But this is no ordinary freedom...it's the freedom to discover who we really are, the freedom to speak our minds, the freedom to love who we want to love, the freedom to perform the mission we were born to perform...this freedom is passionate, not passive. It's not about what you have the 'right' to do or be--it is about the passion and courage to do what you have the right to do and be who you have the right to be. For each individual this will be different.
Advise: Try to keep some kind of perspective on the changes that are happening around and within you. Creation is a huge task, relax as much as possible and go with the flow, remember resistance makes creation difficult. You are standing at a crossroads and must decide. Choose wisely, but never give up trying!
