Ubisoft’s announcement of the newest addition to the Assassin’s Creed games has been revealed. Yesterday, there had been a few leaked screenshots of the supposed cover, with a title and all!
Today it has been confirmed. The next Assassin’s Creed game takes place in the ocean domain. The Assassin is one of the most ferocious adversaries to have owned it: A pirate. The title, Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, is what has been given for the latest installment. While it is only February and Ubisoft enjoys hitting the market right before the holidays, the art, or even the title, may be subject to change between now and then.
What can be told from the title and art alone? There are going to be more sea battles. Probably try to make it a bigger part of the game, and even include some new features revolving around that. Also, if the next assassin is indeed a pirate like the title says they may implement several new areas to visit. Caribbean?
