Amazon performed the rare Tuesday update to its PC digital game deals on April 8. The new slate of deals puts most of the Assassin's Creed franchise on sale for 75 percent off its regular price while dropping Battlefield 2142 to less than a buck.

The most recent Assassin's Creed release to be included in the deals is Assassin's Creed III for an even $5.00. Even the Season Pass for the game is on sale for $7.50 which includes the Tyranny of King Washington alternate reality story line. Note that Steam is an option for purchase.

Other Assassin's Creed titles available for $5.00 include Assassin's Creed: Director's Cut Edition, Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood and Assassin's Creed Revelations.

Finally, Battlefield 2142: Deluxe Edition is slashed by more than 90 percent and is available for just $0.99. This is the game that introduced the Titan multiplayer mode that was recently emulated by the Battlefield 4: Naval Strike DLC with the Carrier Assault mode.

These deals typically last a week after being introduced on Amazon but it's currently unclear if Amazon has changed how frequently it updates it digital download deals. If you're interested in any of these games, you might want to go ahead and take the plunge.
