12-year-old admits swatting Ashton Kutcher; charged in Justin Bieber case

The 12-year-old who was suspected of swatting both Ashton Kutcher and Justin Bieber, has admitted to making bomb threats and computer intrusion. According to E! News on March 11, The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office made the announcement on Monday.

The 12-year-old has new charges filed against him for making a false emergency report for a similar situation at Justin Bieber’s house, two additional felony computer intrusion and bomb threat charges involving a bank.

The DA of the Eastlake Juvenile office believes the new charges will be dismissed upon sentencing. Unfortunately, those charges can still be considered when his punishment is being determined.

As of now the 12-year-old has been released into the custody of his parents until his case is transferred to the juvenile court. This child has caused quite a stir over the last several months. He also seems to be proud of what he has done by admitting to the swatting of Ashton Kutcher’s house. Let’s hope the judge takes his case seriously and puts an end to this swatting.
