Ashley Judd showed a slight interest in running for political office and it appears she already has struck fear in the opposition. While the actress doesn't have a campaign for the Kentucky Senate run and apparently hasn't filed any paperwork, on Wednesday there was an ad released online condemning the idea that she would even consider it.
The new ad is backed by a superPAC and has a mocking tone to it. Calling her a “Radical Hollywood liberal” the commercial is straight from the political world and definitely quite intense for a campaign that would be for a seat in 2014.
As politics and Hollywood mixed for the President Obama campaign, it appears that people are looking to attack images of stars before the campaign gets going to show how vulnerable the public perception is of a working entertainer. Will it work in the case of Ashley Judd? She still hasn't officially said if she might run nor has she commented on the latest ad.
