Actress Ashley Judd is accusing her sister, music star Wynonna Judd of spying on her.

ABC reported that the allegation came when a GPS device was found in a Mini Cooper owned by Ashley, 45. The car was being driven by an unnamed driver, and the device was found by a mechanic in November.

According to TMZ, Wynonna’s lawyer told police that it was all a misunderstanding. Wynonna placed the device to track her daughter.

The device was traced to a private investigator who was reportedly working for Wynonna, who gave the device to her former husband Arch Kelley.

Wynonna, 49, and Kelley were married from 1996-1998 and have two children. He had denied the allegations.

“I love my sister and every time she walks in the room, I light up. There’s just nothing like a big sister,” Ashley said in 2012. “We’ve learned, they’ve certainly been famous a lot longer than I have, and we’ve learned that it’s really best not to dissemble our relationships in public. We do to a certain extent but the details are really none of anyone’s business.”
