Ashley Greene scandal: nude photos posted online

As we reported earlier, Ashley Greene nude pictures appeared online today. The photos showed the Twilight star fully nude from the front. Although the pictures looked 100% legitimate many questioned if they were really Ashley. We now that the pictures were indeed her.

Perez Hilton had posted both censored and uncensored versions of Ashley Greene's nude photos today. Greene's lawyers demanded that he remove them. Her lawyers issued a stament that said "The photos in question, which appear to be of our client, are illegal and are being unlawfully displayed. Our client intends to take legal action."

A personal statement was issued to Perez Hilton that said "Ms. Greene is the owner of the copyrights in these photos, and as copyright owner, Ms. Greene owns the exclusive rights, among others, to reproduce, distribute, and to display the photos."

Despite the fact that Perez had to remove the photos, many people have seen them and some websites have illegally copied them.

Use caution if you search for the photos online. Often times a virus get attached to photos like that. A few weeks ago, the Erin Andrews nude pictures and peephole video were posted on some websites and viewers got a nasty virus on their computers.
