During The Bachelorette 2011, fans fell in love with Ashley and JP. As the season progressed, fans followed along as they traveled to Roslyn, NY to meet the Rosenbaum family. Ashley Hebert fell in love with them, and so did fans. JP's parents, Peter and Ilene Rosenbaum, gained an instant fan following as viewers wanted to know more about them. Ashley Hebert and JP Rosenbaum maintain a very close relationship with JP's extended family, and they have shared many family pics via the site MagMyPic.com. Fans may not have realized that JP's dad, Peter Rosenbaum, is the inventor of the site and Monday they announced a new companion site that will be a fun treat for fans.
MagMyKidz.com allows users to create faux magazine covers using their own digital images of their kids, grandkids or family members. Peter Rosenbaum noted, “As parents... my wife and I always enjoyed capturing memories and making our children... feel good about their accomplishments.” He added, “With that thought in mind I asked our development team to make a version of MagMyPic.com specifically focused on kids.” The site allows users to create fun magazine covers featuring their favorite kid's shots, which can then be shared easily via social media sites. Glossy, framed 6x8 prints of the faux magazine covers can also be ordered for just $2.65.
Fans of Ashley and JP may remember that the Rosenbaum family has a long history of working in real estate development and construction, and Peter is a retired developer himself. His wife Ilene Rosenbaum has a teaching background, and both JP and his brother Roy currently work in the real estate and construction industry. Peter and Ilene may be officially retired now, but it's clear they keep themselves plenty busy and fans would agree the MagMyKidz concept is a great idea.
Of course “Team Cupcake” fans will be anxious to see some shots of Ashley and JP's children when the couple starts having babies, but that isn't on the horizon quite yet. The two shared an update with fans Monday that includes the beginning of wedding planning and a big move as Ashley will be starting a pediatrics dental residency this summer in Philadelphia. Hopefully the Rosenbaums will keep some fun family shots coming via the anchor MagMyPic.com site, and fans will certainly want to stop by the new site to give it a try.
