Can real people really slim down post-pregnancy like the celebs do?

It's been speculated, it's been talked about and now Ashlee Simpson-Wentz is proving it can be done.

Utilizing the 321 Baby Bulge Be Gone program, developed by celeb trainer Ramona Braganza, Simpson-Wentz is better than back in her new show.

Ramona Braganza has worked with celebs like Halle Berry and it to credit for Ashlee's post-baby comeback in Melrose Place.

A couple of weeks after giving birth to her son Bronx, Simpson-Wentz began the training program with celeb trainer Ramona.

Ramona's 321 Baby Bulge Be Gone program incorporates cardio and strength training sessions into one.

The sessions become progressively more challenging in length and intensity and span over a three-month period for the course of the program.

"Ashlee wanted to get rid of her belly bulge as most new moms do," Braganza said in an interview with InStyle.

Braganza has also helped Jessica Alba get her pre-baby bodies back.

Adding, Braganza said Simpson "also wanted to tone her arms and reduce body fat overall."

While Simpson-Wentz took part in Ramona's program, she also said yoga helped her to feel closer to her baby while also assisting with strength and flexibility.
