On Friday February 22, Ashes of Abaddon will brings its diabolic and triturating form of metal to the Boise Knitting Factory stage. To help in the night's cycle of blistering heaviness Rigby's Break the Broken along with Boise's Latimer and Payette's Deadly Sinz, will add to the arsenal.
Hell hath no fury like brutal Ashes of Abaddon! Prepare for a breath of fresh (if not hot and hellish) air. The band features vocalist and bassist Jesse Wetzel, the duel guitar attack of Derek Herzberg and Justin Kurth, along with skins-crusher Brett Widmer. The quartet which has built its own studio is currently putting the finishing touches on its debut album, "The Infected". The album should be ready for release in the coming weeks and the band will have digital download cards available at the show. Offered Widmer of the event:

According to its bio, Break the Broken took form when blood, sweat, dirt, and pure rock energy fused together June of 2011. They believe in what they do and take great care to always give their all with every recording and performance turning stages to splinters, and studios to rubble. If people want to simply listen to music they can turn on a radio in the safety of their home, but when they come to a live show they are there for the entire experience. Emotions run high, blood begins to boil, blinding lights and crushing sound melt away stress from societies pressures, reconnecting all with raw human nature. Filled with eye opening lyrics about the corruption of religion, politics, and life. Deadly Sinz is a project that uses heavy but melodic metal to bring you their message.
