Tiger Woods was a regular at strip bars but acted as if he were a strip club virgin, the New York Post reports.
Before the November 27 car crash that totaled his image, Woods was a regular at the New York City strip club, Scores, the Post reports. There are reports that wife Elin Nordegren will seek a lucrative divorce deal after the holidays. No doubt the strip club story won't help Woods' bottom line.
The Post also names the circle of associates around Woods who helped cover up for Woods picked up woman for him. That list includes caddy Steve Williams and agent Mark Steinberg.
Another paper, The New York Daily News also names a friend from high school, Byron Bell, former Stanford teammate Jerry Chang, and post-college friend D.J. Hanlon.
A lot of us who love him saw this coming," a friend who's known Tiger since he was 18 told the Daily News.
"We said, 'You've got to be careful. It's really getting too raggedy.' In his own mind, he may not have thought he was doing anything wrong," the friend said.
"He was under a lot of pressure. He thought he was just letting off steam. He thought of it as a perk," the source added.
