Arts for All event at Westroads Mall - April 6 and April 7

Looking for something fun for the family this next weekend? On April 6th and 7th, Westroads Mall is hosting the “Arts for All” event. This is a free community event that is open to the public from noon to 2pm on both days. Located in the Von Maur Court, there will be several mini-lessons and class stations available for attendees that focus on the visual arts, performing arts, and communication arts. Each session is fifteen minutes in length and allows children the ability to get a taste of different art mediums and perhaps stir interest in the arts.

Arts for All is an educational organization that has committed themselves as a nonprofit organization to making a variety of arts available for children of all economic levels. Just last year, the organization helped 3,500 students participate in enrichment programs involved in the arts, and continues to work hard to make classes affordable and accessible for children of all ages.

This event is free thanks to sponsorship from several companies such as the Nebraska Arts Council, Security National Bank, Hyvee, and Westroads Mall. Families are encouraged to visit and check out this special event. Volunteer positions are also available. For more information, visit artsforallinc.com!
