On Jan. 26, 2014, artist Marie C. Dyer, who resides in Punta Gora, Fla., held her workshop all weekend and then wrapped it up today. Her workshop was at Edison Ford Shoppe in the Bell Tower Shops in Fort Myers.
Dyer's workshop was held for three days on Jan. 24-26, 2014. She also holds workshops at Edison Ford Winter Estates.
This weekend this talented artist taught others the fine art of painting. They painted silk scarves.

This Southwest Florida artist excells in hand painted silk scarves and is a painter on canvas and other forms of artistic media as well!

This gifted young woman has been an artist for over 30 years. She is inspired by many things, and according to Dyer she likes to think that her paintings reflect a bit of her personality.

Currently Dyer's custom furniture, murals and paintings are with collectors from New England to Belize and sold in galleries in N.H., Matlacha Fl., Alexandria Va., North Captiva Island, and Fort Myers.
