The Associated Press is reporting that Howard Stern Show co-host Artie Lange has been charged and released for his DUI in Tom's River, New Jersey. Artie Lange was charged with "driving under the influence of an intoxicant and careless driving and ordered to appear in court on July 16th.
The Howard Stern Show returns live after a two week vacation on Monday. There is no word on whether or not Artie Lange will appear on Monday's show.
