Arthur, a native of Montreal, Quebec, had six catches for 103 yards in the Stampeders' 35-11 triumph over the Hamilton Tiger-Cats Saturday evening in Guelph.
Arthur had touchdown catches of 35 yards and 52 yards from quarterback Kevin Glenn. It was a breakout game for Arthur, who will be counted on significantly down the stretch for the Stampeders at the wide receiver position.
With the win, the Stampeders improved to 10-3 on the season and are two points ahead of the red hot British Columbia Lions in the Canadian Football League's Western Division.
The Stampeders will next play the Winnipeg Blue Bombers at McMahon Stadium on Saturday a 4:30 p.m. The Stampeders have already clinched a playoff spot, mainly because of the horrible struggles of the Edmonton Eskimos, and are playing for home field advantage in the 2013 playoffs.
