The Lawrenceville Tourism and Trade Association, in partnership with the Dunwoody Arts and Crafts Guild will present the 6th annual Art on the Square Lawrenceville.
Art on the Square will have 50 juried art exhibitors - Friday May 22 from 10 am until 8 pm; Saturday the 23rd from 10 am until 5 pm.
There will be a wine tasting event May 22-23, 2009. The wine tasting event will benefit the Gwinnett Medical Center Foundation. The wine tasting will have live entertainment and will cost $20 per person. This event runs Friday May 22 from 5 pm until 8 pm; Saturday, 1 pm until 5 pm. A silent auction will be held in conjunction with the wine tasting on Friday May 22 from 5 pm - 8 pm.
Enjoy a free live "Moonlight and Music" jazz concert Friday, May 22 from 8 - 10 pm.

There appears to be an event involving arts on the square, however, the link listed here does not give any information about submissions, costs, etc. The facebook site gives no info other than the dates, and links back to...you guessed it-the www.visitlawrenceville.com link.
I have a painting of Lawrenceville that I completed last year which hangs in the only place showing original art that I could find in Lawrenceville- Johnny's Pizza on Sugarloaf.
I'm curious to know if a gallery even exists here- it seems strange that the only "galleries" I find are actually framing shops.
