Art on the Bay, Benefit to support Yick Wo Elementary School (Photos)

Time to make your plans to attend the Art on the Bay and Silent Auction to benefit Yick Wo Elementary School. On Saturday, April 6, from 5:30-9:00 P.M., set sail for the Hyde Street Pier where you will embark on the annual Yick Wo benefit, Art on the Bay and Silent Auction. Come aboard, all ye who want to support our local elementary school, Yick Wo. The annual benefit is being hosted this year aboard the historic Eureka Ferry Boat docked at the Hyde Street Pier.

This year’s Art on the Bay and Silent Auction events feature the works of local artists (including art created by the children of Yick Wo), as well as some very special items donated by local businesses. Bid on Burning Man tickets, Jet Blue tickets, a Bayclub Exectutive membership, or cooking classes from Tante Marie’s. Or bid on tickets to the sold-out San Francisco International Beer Festival, or any number of gift certificates from San Francisco spas, events, art and music venues, hotel packages, and much more. Your support and participation in Art on the Bay and Silent Auction benefits the children who attend Yick Wo Elementary School. Yick Wo serves the Russian Hill, North Beach and Chinatown neighborhoods of San Francisco. Located at the corner of Lombard and Jones, Yick Wo is home to 250 children and their families from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds. Support the children, teachers, and staff of Yick Wo through your participation in this year’s benefit. Your participation is crucial to the quality and support of our neighborhood school and children.
