Art books announced for "Wolfenstein," "The Evil Within" and "Dishonored"

The Beth Blog recently announced that Bethesda has partnered with Dark Horse Comics to release three new hardcover art books for "Dishonored" and upcoming games "The Evil Within" and "Wolfenstein: The New Order." The books will include full-color artwork, developer commentary, character designs and landscapes.

The "Wolfenstein" book is already receiving the most hype. It is available for pre-order on Amazon and the official Bethesda store, and Bethesda claims it will be releasing a page of the book each week as a sneak peak on its Facebook and Twitter pages.

Could these art book releases double as an advertising tool for Bethesda? It certainly looks that way. A game that lets you fight Nazis is a selling point all on its own these days, but with the game due to release May 20, and with "The Evil Within" set to release on August 26, the books certainly can't hurt publicity.
