MidLoft creator George-Eric Farge, who is also responsible for George’s in South Miami and Coconut Grove as well as George’s Kitchen, produced a menu of tapas and small plates that define contemporary French cuisine. Farge worked directly with entrepreneur and Vitamin C Communications CEO Angel Sanchez to conceive the MidLoft concept, creating a venue unlike anything else in Miami. With a vibe that combines downtown cool, Miami luxury and Wynwood’s art scene, MidLoft creates an upscale and relaxed dining experience.
“Besides being a great venue for young professionals and Miami’s elite to gather, the atmosphere at MidLoft is perfect for private parties and gatherings,” said Angel Sanchez, CEO of Vitamin C Communications.
George-Eric Farge has been bringing authentic French cuisine to South Florida since 1993. Having already experienced tremendous success with George’s and George’s Kitchen, he wanted to create a new venue for nightlife that would feature a laidback, lounge atmosphere. Additionally, MidLoft, Located on 3404 North Miami Avenue, will offer original cocktails developed by mixologist Isaac Grillo.
“Having MidLoft situated on the second floor of George’s Kitchen, creates a very unique synergy between the two spots,” said George-Eric Farge, creator of the popular restaurant. “Its lounge-like feel makes it a fantastic addition to the already bustling Midtown neighborhood.”
