In this next "Arrow" episode, Laurel (Katie Cassidy) reaches out to the Arrow (Stephen Amell) and asks him to investigate Sebastian Blood (Kevin Alejandro), and Oliver is not sure if he believes her accusations against the man he is publicly supporting for mayor and made a deal with as Arrow at the end of "Blast Radius." He decides to trust Laurel, but when they get too close to the truth, Blood exposes Laurel's drug addiction and has her arrested.

Elsewhere, Roy (Colton Haynes) reveals his new superstrength to Sin (Bex Taylor-Klaus), who wants to test his abilities, but when he can't contain his rage once unleashed, he almost kills a man. Also, back on the island, Oliver is surprised when Sara (Caity Lotz) reveals a secret about Laurel
