"Arrow" season 2 is introducing a new villain with Robert Knepper appearing as The Clock King when new episodes return with "Time of Death," for which the CW released promotional photos on Friday, Feb. 14.

In this next "Arrow" episode, Oliver (Stephen Amell) brings Sara (Caity Lotz) into the Arrow team, and watching Oliver and Diggle (David Ramsey) spar and talk old scars with her, Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) begins to feel left out. So, when the team investigates William Tockman, a.k.a. The Clock King, a brilliant thief armed with technology that can open any bank vault in Starling City, and he infiltrates the computer systems in the lair, Felicity feels pressure to prove her worth and follows up on a lead about his whereabouts alone, putting her in danger.

Meanwhile, Oliver throws Sara a welcome home party, one that Laurel (Katie Cassidy) refuses to attend, but when Lance (Paul Blackthorne) makes his case for a family dinner, Laurel acquiesces. However, when Oliver shows up with Sara, she loses her temper on both of them.

The "Time of Death" photos in the slideshow offer a look at the awkward family dinner, and there are going to be a few smiles, but it seems to be the calm before the storm because Laurel still has access to pills. Plus, get a look at Knepper as The Clock King, and Canary is determined to take him down – and save Felicity?

"Arrow" season 2 airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. on the CW. "Time of Death" airs Feb. 26. What do you think of these episode 14 photos?
